About our background
Our Founder, Suzan Bond is trained facilitator, leadership consultant, certified executive coach, and former COO. As a former COO of a scaleup, Suzan understands the challenges leadership teams face. She’s spent more than 15 years in technology.
Suzan is experienced in facilitating teams through intentional conversations where transformation can emerge. She’s lead teams and navigated change through acquisitions, restructures, and scaling.
Suzan is the creator of Leadership Archetypes, a framework that describe the behaviors and patterns of how leaders get work done, what drives them, how they add value and how they work with others. She uses this framework in her work with leadership teams.
She’s is the host of Leaders Unscripted where she interviews leaders on a challenge they’ve overcome a challenge they’ve made.
Suzan received training in leadership and facilitation from the Co-Active Leadership program and in organization & relationship systems coaching from CRR Global. A former consultant for Gallup, she is a certified Strengthsfinder coach.
Suzan completed her coach training and certification at the Co-Active Training Institute, one of the most rigorous programs in the industry.
