Our founder, Suzan Bond is a former COO, trained facilitator, leadership consultant and certified executive coach.

As a former COO of a scaleup, Suzan understands the challenges leadership teams face. She’s spent more than 15 years in technology with experience in operations, project management and people. Suzan has lead teams and navigated change through acquisitions, restructures, and scaling. She’s worked with leaders from startups like Alloy, Circle CI, Griffin, Stackhawk , Taxbit and many more.

Our approach

Our approach leads with a coaching framework and, given our founder’s experience as in organizational strategy and leadership, we blend in feedback and mentoring when it’s helpful. Rather than pretending we’re perfect, we believe that vulnerability and sharing mistakes is powerful. Sometimes sharing mistakes can help us feel less alone which is so important, especially for leaders who are often isolated.

How coaching works

Coaching works best when there’s a chemistry and a shared understanding between the two people in the relationship. Finding the right fit is essential. Before embarking on a coaching relationship, we’ll start with an introductory call so you can share more about your situation to see if we can help and we can get to know each other to see if we’re a match. If we decide that we are a fit, we’ll determine a cadence that works for you and your goals.
