About Suzan Bond

As a former COO, Suzan Bond knows the challenges leadership teams face.

Suzan Bond is a former COO, trained facilitator, certified leadership coach and the creator of Leadership Archetypes. She’s spent more than 15 years in tech in roles including project management, people, and operations. 

Suzan has lead teams and navigated change through acquisitions, restructures, and scaling. She’s worked with leaders from startups like Alloy, Circle CI, Griffin, Gymshark, Puppet Stackhawk , Taxbit and many more.

She has an educational background in social psychology, sociology, organization development and leadership. 

Suzan received training in leadership and facilitation from the Co-Active Leadership program and in organization & relationship systems coaching from CRR Global. A former consultant for Gallup, she is a trained Strengthsfinder coach.

Suzan completed her coach training and certification at the Co-Active Training Institute, one of the most rigorous programs in the industry.

What kind of coach training has Suzan Bond taken?

Suzan Bond has been a trained and certified executive coach for over 15 years. She completed her coach training and certification at the Co-Active Training Institute, one of the most rigorous programs in the industry. The coaching course is four months and the certification program is a year-long program culminating in a full-day exam including two live coaching sessions.

She received training in leadership and facilitation from the Co-Active Leadership program and in organization & relationship systems coaching from CRR Global. A former consultant for Gallup, she is a trained Strengthsfinder coach with over 15 years of experience.

What is Suzan’s educational and work background?

Suzan has a BA from Michigan State University, a MA from Michigan State University and a MSW from the University of Michigan. She studied social psychology, sociology, organizational development and leadership.

Suzan has worked in technology for over 15 years. A former COO of a growing startup, Suzan has headed up multiple departments in Project Management, Career Development and People Operations. Her work includes experience in new leader training, leader on-boarding, organizational development, people operations, internal company communication and exec team facilitation.
